COASTEERING BLOG
6/18/2019 0 Comments When We're Not Coasteering...We love spending our time Coasteering - and why wouldn't we? It's got everything from adrenaline to beautiful and unique views of the coastline and local wildlife. But there's only so much time we can spend jumping off things. Here's a rundown of our favourite things to do around Sagres when we're not busy Coasteering: Surfing Sagres and the surrounding area is perfect for surfing. We are lucky enough to have an abundance of beaches which is great for coasteering and also offers different types of waves. From the wild west coast to the more sheltered south, there's always somewhere to find a wave. Climbing One of the main elements of Coasteering is rock climbing and when we're not in the water, we like to stay active on the rocks. There's a great range of inland and coastal crags around Sagres and throughout the Algarve with varying rock types, so there's always plenty to keep us occupied.
Eating & Drinking. Possibly our favourite thing to do in Sagres when we aren't active in the ocean. Coasteering, surfing and rock climbing really take it out of you and it's important to re-fuel. For the best coffee, pastel de natas and plenty of other tasty, healthy treats, check out the Laundry Lounge in Sagres.
